“How much will my divorce cost?” is the number one question on every new client's lips.

FEES DISCLOSED UPFRONT

We use a simple, transparent fee policy. Generally, fees are agreed upon during your FREE initial consultation so that every client knows the costs involved prior to engaging us. ​

TRANSPARENT FEE SCHEDULE 
Simple Uncontested divorce: $2,500*
Separation agreement: $1,500* 
Child custody agreement: $2,500* 
Child support agreement: $2,500*
Spousal support agreement: $2,500*
Contested divorce: $7,500* 
* Fee depends on the complexity of your case

NO CREDIT CHECK, BUDGET-FRIENDLY ZERO INTEREST FINANCING
We are well aware that these types of expenses were not planned and may place a strain on a client's finances. So it is our policy to offer each new client a flexible, budget-friendly, zero interest financing plan, with no credit check required and customized to work for them personally.

INITIAL RETAINER
Once the fees have been agreed, our new client will be asked to pay an Initial Retainer Fee into a TRUST account as the first step in our client-lawyer journey.

There is no credit check required to obtain budget-friendly, zero interest financing to help ease the financial burden of Family Law matters.
